You've decided that you'll put in the effort
to learn Greek. Now read these instructions carefully. If you already
know much about the Greek language, go to Grammar Lessons
Directory* and click on the subject that you want to study.
If you have little or no knowledge of Greek, then this is how to
do it. Please start from Lesson One of the lessons, and follow according to the
lesson numbers (1, 2, 3, etc). At the same time you must start learning Greek words.
Visit our Vocabulary
Directory or the Word Games Directory to do so.
Also click on the Dialogues Directory
to learn complete Greek dialogues and phrases. We have added audio to the majority of the
above directories to make it easier for you to learn how to pronounce the Greek words!
Please understand something. The Greek grammar here is
as simple as it can be. We feel that if you pay attention
you will learn. Pay attention to the review lessons, as they
will summarize what you've learned, and guide you to other directories
within the site for examples.
Good Luck!!!!
As much as we tried to cover everything, please understand
that Greek Grammar is so vast that it is impossible for us to cover
everything in a web site. But we'll be trying! Also, many of the rules have exceptions. Experience
and studying will help you learn all about these exceptions. Also for answers
to subjects that you did not find in our Grammar Lessons visit our
Extras Directory.
* Our Lessons Directory includes audio only
where it is deemed necessary.
